All roads lead to Rome, they say. And while that is not necessarily true, for a tourist in Lisbon, every road does essentially take you to Time Out Market. Given the location is literally sponsored by one of the largest "things to do" guides on the Internet, it is inevitable you will find yourself here, and not just once.
So, you’re in Time Out Market. It is overwhelming - busy, tons of options, long queues everywhere. You might be tempted to duck out of the market to find somewhere else to eat.
But resist that urge - and instead go join the queue at Asian Lab (send someone else to go get the wine from the bar and find somewhere to sit). We had the chicken pad thai (€12.50) which was nutty and tangy and delicious, and the creamy, warming chicken jungle curry (€12) and left feeling very happy with ourselves.
These were the chicken wings (€9) which were fried and sticky and sweet and frankly, delicious.
